The design is "Afro-Hi-Tech" to reflect the technology aspect of MEDITECH's business and yet to celebrate our African heritage. This fusion is seen in the earthy textured tones and use of stone, contrasted with steel and glass.

The open plan interior is designed to foster a culture of teamwork. A centrally located water feature fills the building with white noise, creating a relaxing working environment.

A priority in the design was to create a meeting place where an exchange of ideas between staff, clients and visitors can take place. The building is a reflection of MEDITECH, solid and committed yet fluid, open and innovative. It is intended to be an inviting and dynamic environment, a reflection of our culture and a centre of excellence.
