Anatomical Pathology
MEDITECH's Anatomical Pathology application includes features for recording, storing, searching, and reporting pathology findings. Highlights of the module include user-defined data searches, a label creating and printing capability, electronic signature,
rules-based logic, and integration with other applications in the MEDITECH HCIS (which automatically supplies necessary patient demographic and medical information).
Anatomical Pathology results can be viewed by authorized users anywhere in the network through either the Anatomical Pathology software or the Enterprise Medical Record.
